Ingredients

Milk - 1/2 liter
Custard powder -2tbsp. (vanilla flavor)
Green grapes-1/2 cup
Black grapes-1/2 cup
Chopped papaya-1/2 cup
Pomegranate-1/2 cup
Sugar - 4/5 tsp.
Chopped apple-1/2 cup
Prep time-20 Min.|Cook time-10 Min.|Servings-3/4

How to make fruit custard

Step-1

First of all, take a pan or bowl for the milk boil. Take out 1/2 cup cold milk from this milk for mixing custard powder.

Step-2

Don’t use hot/warm milk to mix custard powder else lumps will be formed. Add custard powder with 1/2 cup of cold milk and mix it well. you can use a different flavor of custard powder.

Step-3

Now add sugar as to taste & Add custard mix with the milk. Mix well & cook it for 2 minutes on low flame.

Step-4

After 2 minutes turn off the flame & let it cool for 5 minutes. After cooling down the 
custard, I have transferred it to the bowl

Step-5

Now add fruits to it. Mix well and put it in the fridge for 2 hours. To make the custard, you can also use the fruits of your choice. After 2 hours, custard is ready to serve.
