You can store these egg devils and enjoy whenever you wish to have or serve your guests.


Boiled Potatoes-5 
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp.
Bhaja masala-1 tsp.
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp.
Green chilies chopped-2-3
Coriander leaves-2 tbsp.
Chopped onion-1 cup
Grated garlic and ginger-1 tsp.
Hard-boiled duck eggs-5
Black pepper powder
Corn flour-2 tsp.
Bread crumbs.-2 cups.
Vegetables oil for fry
Salt  to taste

Prepare the Outer Coating


Take 5 Boiled Potatoes, Mash the potatoes, add salt to taste,1/2 tsp. turmeric powder,1 tsp. bhaja masala(Roasted cumin seeds, coriander seeds, red chilies),1/2 tsp. garam masala powder,2-3 green chilies chopped,2 tbsp. coriander leaves chopped mix all the ingredients.


Heat some mustard oil in a frying pan add 1 medium sized chopped onion and fry in the oil. When the onion turns translucent, add 1tsp. grated garlic and ginger, fry for 5 minutes. Now add the potato mixture and fry with the onions and ginger garlic for 3-4 minutes. After 3-4 minutes turn off the flame and let the potato mixture cool down.

Prepare the Eggs


Take 5 hard-boiled duck eggs in a dish. You can use half an egg or a whole egg for each chop. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder on the eggs. Prepare a batter for the Coating.


Take two eggs in a mixing bowl, add salt as to taste, black pepper powder, add a little bit of water and whisk. Now add 2 tsp. of corn flour in the batter and mix again.

Prepare the Devils /Chop


Take half an egg and cover it with the potato mixture, shape in the form of a whole egg.
Take each deviled egg chop and the first dip in the raw egg batter then roll it in breadcrumbs. You can fry them immediately or easily you can keep the breaded egg chops in an airtight container and store in the deep freezer for up to 10 days.


Now heat sufficient oil for deep frying, carefully add the egg devils into the hot oil.
Fry till golden brown from all the sides and then take them out on a paper towel. Sprinkle some black salt and serve it hot with salad and ketchup.
