Cheddar puffs, cheddar twists, cheddar balls, mushy puffs, corn twists, or corn cheddar are a puffed corn nibble, covered with a blend of cheddar or cheddar enhanced powders. They are fabricated by expelling warmed corn batter through a pass on that structures the specific shape. They might be ball-molded, wavy ("cheddar twists"), straight, or unpredictably formed. Puffcorn is comparable to nourishment, without cheddar seasoning.


4 Medium size potatoes (250 g)
Sweet corn -50 g (corn kernel)
Cheddar cheese -50 g(1/3 cup grated cheese)
Coriander seeds -2 Tsp.
Crushed red chili -3/4 Tsp.
A handful of frozen coriander leaves
Black pepper -1/4 Tsp. (crushed)
Dried oregano -1/2 Tsp.
Corn flour - 4 Cup
All-purpose flour -2 Tbsp.
Oil for frying
Water as needed
Salt as to taste

How To Make Cheese Balls


First of all, take 4 medium size potatoes (250 g) in a bowl or container, Boil it until soft. After that Peel the skin off, Be careful it's hot. With a fork mash the boiled and peeled potatoes. Sprinkle salt to taste.


Then add all the spices with this potato mash, add 50 g sweet corn (corn kernel),50 g cheddar cheese(1/3 cup grated cheese),2 tsp. coriander seeds(Crush coarsely),3/4 tsp. crushed red chili, A handful of frozen coriander leaves,1/4 tsp. black pepper crushed,,1/2 tsp. dried oregano,4 tbsp. corn flour, Now Mix everything very well.


Take about 1 tbsp. of the potato mixture and shape into a ball, flatten it out. Place in the center some grated mozzarella cheese. Carefully close and shape into a small ball. Repeat process with the rest of the potato mixture.


Now in a brown, we will add 2 tbsp. corn flour, 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour then To make smooth batter gradually add about 1/3 cup water or as needed.
Deep each ball in the batter, then rolls in the breadcrumbs, repeat process rest of the ball. Freeze balls for at least one hour before frying.


After one hour turn on the flame then heat a pan & add vegetable oil Fry balls on medium heat until golden brown, don’t overcrowd. When it is golden brown, Transfer onto a paper towel to remove excess oil. Now cheese ball ready and serve it with sweet chili sauce.
